The staff of Booth, Ern, Straughan & Hiott, Inc., takes pride in providing our clients with service from concept to completion of their projects.  Therefore, we have on staff both a Construction Manager and an Assistant Construction Manager.  BESH will assist the Client in preparation of Specifications and Contract Documents, will assist in the bidding of the project, oversee the bidding process, assist in selection of a qualified contractor, and will prepare final contract documents between the Owner and the Contractor.  During the course of construction, BESH will provide oversight to the Contractor, representing the best interests of the Owner during the construction process, answering questions from the Contractor, reviewing shop drawings, witnessing testing, and reviewing and approving applications for payment.  BESH believes that the project is not complete until the work is complete and the Owner is happy!
