Mr. Hiott is a Civil Engineer experienced in the design and layout of residential and commercial sites, including geometry, grading, drainage, and permitting. His project management experience encompasses preliminary and final design, value engineering, cost estimating, specification writing, bidding, and construction management. He participates in quality control to ensure compliance with local and state codes and adherence to the Client’s needs. He coordinates with other related disciplines, including electrical, structural, geotechnical and architectural consultants in order to provide a complete package for clients.

Mr. Hiott is experienced in civil engineering project management, and has applied his knowledge to a variety of related projects, having been involved in all aspects and phases of design, from preliminary to final.

Shanti Niketan Condos – Designed, permitted, and managed a 184 unit gated retirement community. This unique community is based on different regional cuisines from around the world. It is also based on the philosophy that as one ages, they would like to be surrounded by familiar food and people who share their same interests and native language.

Kohl’s Department Store, Eustis, FL – Designed, permitted and managed a large scale LEED Certified office/retail development.

Legacy of Leesburg, Leesburg, FL – Designed, permitted and managed a 999 unit gated retirement community with clubhouse, recreation fields and commercial component. A portion of this development is on the Palatlakaha River.

Lake Etowah, Eustis, FL – Designed, permitted and managed a 245 unit gated subdivision on the shores of Lake Eustis.

Mission Inn Golf and Country Club, Howey-in-the-Hills, FL – Designed, permitted and managed a 300 unit gated subdivision with clubhouse, redesigned golf course, sales office and recreation fields.

Harbor Hills Golf and Country Club, Lake County, FL – Designed, permitted and managed a 350 unit gated subdivision with golf course, sales office and recreation facilities. This development is on the north west shore of Lake Griffin.

Stonecrest Golf and Country Club, Summerfield, FL – Designed, permitted and managed a 400 unit gated subdivision with clubhouse, three golf courses, sales office and commercial out parcels.
