Marion Center

Marion Center is a 400+ acre commercial and industrial planned development with seven commercial tracts varying in size, from 15 acres to 32 acres. The project consisted of design and permitting of 2,830 feet of four lane divided roadway, 2,300 feet of two lane roadway, 1.25 miles of gravity sewer and force mains, 1.1 miles of 12” water mains, master stormwater management system and storm infrastructure for the build out of the entire project and intersection and turn lane improvements on SR 200 and CR 484. This project was accelerated with a strict deadline due to sale and construction of a large central parcel to Wal-Mart. Project was completed ahead of schedule.
