Clermont Fire Station

BESH was contracted to design and permit a City prototype 3 bay fire station on a one acre site next to the Kings Ridge Community. The fire station is approximately 6,500 square feet with rear entry access from the adjacent side street exiting onto Hartwood Marsh Rd. Design included water and sewer utilities, stormwater treatment and emergency signal for exiting onto Hartwood Marsh Rd.
