Leesburg Police Station

The scope for this project included site planning for a new police station while preserving existing buildings as much as possible for use during construction on a new station. Once the new station was built and ready to occupy, old buildings were torn down to finish the parking areas and landscaping. BESH prepared construction documents for site design and phasing, construction specifications, obtained all required site permits and provided construction management services.
