Hickory Point Recreational Complex

BESH has had the privilege to provide continuing engineering services to the Lake County Water Authority for 20 years and to design Lake County’s most iconic park over 4 phases. The Hickory Point recreation complex consists of a 2-story, 7,000 square foot screened pavilion, many gazebos and picnic tables, fixed pier and floating docks, children’s playground, 12 boat ramps, 6 of which are deep draft for larger boats and sail boats, 3 premier soccer fields and concession building with garage storage. Many events are held here throughout the year from bass tournaments, soccer tournaments, Ibini Tera, private parties, and renaissance fairs.

Construction Cost: $2,285,000.00
