ShantiNiketan Senior Condos-Phases 1 & 2 PUD
ShantiNiketan is a unique retirement community based on different cuisines from around the world. This project is located in Tavares, Florida.
Phase 1, which included 54, condos was successfully developed and sold out quickly.
Based on that initial success of Phase 1, Phase 2 was launched. Phase 2 consisted of 112 condos, each included a large, one car garage. Construction on Phase 2 started in April 2011, with estimated project completion by year end 2014.
BESH developed the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Plan for these projects.
BESH’s scope of work included survey and civil design for all site improvements, permitting with SJRWMD, the City of Tavares, FDEP water and wastewater and Lake County, along with construction management services.
Etowah is a 30 acre Planned Unit Development (PUD) located on Lake Shore Drive, between the cities of Tavares and Eustis, Florida.
This project consisted of 205 single-family home sites and 17 multi-family units within a gated community.
Amenities include a 3,500 square foot clubhouse and pool, a community dock is located on beautiful Lake Eustis.

Hidden Harbor Townhomes
Hidden Harbor on Lake Harris is Florida’s newest, age-qualified, upscale, manufactured home community. Hidden Harbor, situated on 14,000 acre Lake Harris, is a newly developed neighborhood where everything from the community center, to the streets and utilities, to the boardwalk, and community boat slips are brand new. Amenities include a new outdoor gazebo that leads to a winding, neighborhood boardwalk nestled between acres of Mangroves, Grand Cypress trees and new boat slips on Lake Harris. Lake Harris is part of a chain of seven lakes, near the charming City of Leesburg. Bird watchers will enjoy a breathtaking landscape while observing three identified nests that are home to the Cormorant, Osprey and Anhinga species.

Vista @ Lost Lake Apartments Phase 2
BESH’s scope of work included engineering design, permitting, survey, preparation of bid documents and bidding assistance for the redesign and construction oversight of a 192 unit apartment complex in the City of Clermont.
This 12.44 acre project is located within the Lost Lakes Reserve Development of Regional Impact (DRI) commercial corridor along US highway 27 in south Clermont. This project has a total of eight, three-story buildings, 20 parking spaces, a clubhouse, pool and a dog walk area.
