JB Ranch, PUD

JB Ranch is a 320 acre planned unit development (PUD) in Marion County between SR200 & SW 60th Avenue. BESH is the Engineer and Surveyor of record for this project providing surveying, master planning, design, permitting, construction management and platting services for this project. This project currently consists of 470 home sites of 1,100 proposed, a community clubhouse with pool and tennis, water treatment plant (also designed by BESH) to serve this project and surrounding area, a 4 lane divided roadway (SW 95th Street) extending from SR200 to SW 60th Ave, and a regional lift station that consists of 2 – 150Hp duplex lift stations and 6 miles of 20” & 24” off-site force main.

Construction Cost: $15,800,000.00
