Mission Inn, PUD

Mission Inn Golf & Tennis Resort dates its history back to the early 1900’s originally known as Floridian Country Club. The Beucher family purchased the property in 1964 and renovated the existing 18 hole golf course and clubhouse. In 1969 the decision was made to transform this Country Club into a Spanish Colonial golf resort and the name was changed to Mission Inn Golf and Tennis Resort. In 1992 a second golf course was added called Las Colinas. BESH started working with the Beucher family in 1994 on the design of a new Clubhouse with a golf pro shop and a casual dining restaurant. In 1996 BESH assisted with the expansion of the Clubhouse to include Banquet rooms and in 2005 addition of a fitness center. In 1998 BESH designed and permitted the first phase of the residential portion of this project surrounding the Las Colinas golf course and in 2003 designed phase two totaling 187 units. In 2005 BESH designed and permitted an additional 40 residential units. Mission Inn is a Lake County PUD approved for 1,606 total residential units.
