Hancock Road Construction Project

This project is a Lake County Impact Fee roadway project, consisting of constructing a four lane divided urban road section from Old Highway 50 north to Turkey Farms Road in the City of Minneola area. BESH’s role in this project included preparation of a record survey of existing conditions which included location and identification of all existing improvements and features within the survey area. Identification and location of all relevant property information, such as deed lines, plat lines, designated roads, right of ways, easements and other matters of public record or information referenced in the title report. BESH also coordinated with all utility owners located within the corridor, conducted on-site meetings with utility owners, prepared utility adjustment sheets based upon RGB drawings received from each of the seven local utilities and coordinated utility work schedules.
